Our Contractor network operates to agreed service levels, often responding well within the allocated time. For instance in 2015 our agreed SLA was 4 hours to an emergency but we averaged 62 minutes!

We can group a number of properties together when procuring maintenance contracts such as lifts, M&E, access control, fire alarm maintenance and Health & Safety auditing, yielding large savings across the portfolio. We saved over £200,000 p.a on a three year drainage procurement exercise for one of our clients.
